Southern Exposure is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, nor rent this information to others. Your information will be protected on and off line. This web site may contain links to other sites. Southern Exposure is not responsible for privacy practices of these sites. Please review their privacy policies. Occasionally, we offer specials or information on new products. You have the option of not receiving these types of communications.
Changes to orders
No changes can be made to orders once orders are confirmed.
Cancellations
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours). If you want to cancel an order and it has been processed, it will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has been processed it will be treated as a return. Personalized orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours.
Payment Methods
Payments must be made in full, including shipping, prior to the shipments of any order. Southern Exposure accepts Visa, Master Card.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is Southern Exposure' goal. All orders will be insured against any shipping damages. If products are damaged in shipping, you must notify the shipping agent within 48 hours of receipt and Southen Exposure to make any claims. Southern Exposure will be glad to exchange any factory defected items. If there are shipping damages, you must get a claim approval from the shipper for a replacement item.
You must contact Southern Exposure for return authorization within 3 days of delivery of products. For returns, all items must be returned to Southen Exposure with prior approval, within 7 business days, in the original packaging. Please email us only for return authorization. Southern Exposure reserves the right to refuse returns that are not delivered within 2 weeks. If you are dissatisfied with any products, other than personalized, food, bath & body, perishable, special orders, and large orders (orders over $200), you may return unopened, unused items for a refund, less shipping related costs and a 20% restocking fee, and opened, unused products for 50% of retail costs less shipping related costs and a 20% restocking fee, with prior approval. These items must be in original condition. You must package them in a manner to avoid shipping damage.
Product Safety
No matter how pure or gentle a product is, some people may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients. Should any allergic reaction occur, discontinue use. Soaps, potpourris, candles, food items.
Shipping Information
All in stock orders will be filled within 5 business days and then shipped USPS or UPS/FedEx ground. Out of stock items will be filled once restocked and shipped USPS or UPS/FedEx ground, unless customer request a different shipping method, in which customer will pay all shipping charges. Most of the personalized items will take an average of 4 weeks. It is best to place orders for weddings and parties at least 6 weeks prior to the event. Please check with Southern Exposure if a lead time is not posted listed on the product you are interested in if you are on a tight schedule.
Sales Tax information
AL shipping addresses must pay applicable state and local sales taxes.
Rush orders may be subject to a rush fee, due to added fees incurred in order to complete the order |
